RZJ-5KV匝間絕緣沖擊耐壓試驗儀是采用脈沖波形比較法,以高壓脈沖對電機及電器的線圈繞組進行等效過電壓模擬試驗。通過對儀器顯示波形的觀察、對比與分析,能迅速正確地測定繞組匝間絕緣的好壞。對匝間短路、線圈電暈放電、局部短路、接線錯誤、線圈平衡等各類匝間絕緣故障均有良好的鑒別性能。

當(dang)線(xian)圈發(fa)生直接固體(ti)短(duan)路(lu)故(gu)障時(shi)(shi),會(hui)形成短(duan)路(lu)匝(za),將(jiang)明(ming)(ming)顯(xian)(xian)改變(bian)(bian)線(xian)圈的電(dian)(dian)(dian)感、電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,對(dui)尚(shang)有-定(ding)絕(jue)(jue)緣程(cheng)度(du)的匝(za)間(jian)絕(jue)(jue)緣薄弱點(dian)(dian),在沒有達(da)到會(hui)使薄弱點(dian)(dian)擊(ji)穿而暴露之(zhi)前,其繞(rao)(rao)組電(dian)(dian)(dian)感、電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)基本上無明(ming)(ming)顯(xian)(xian)變(bian)(bian)化,因而無法觀察故(gu)障。只有當(dang)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過絕(jue)(jue)緣薄弱點(dian)(dian)的耐壓值時(shi)(shi),才會(hui)造成匝(za)間(jian)絕(jue)(jue)緣擊(ji)穿,產生火(huo)花放電(dian)(dian)(dian),并伴有放電(dian)(dian)(dian)聲和(he)(he)(he)臭氧(yang),同時(shi)(shi)明(ming)(ming)顯(xian)(xian)改變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)感L、電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)C和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R,因而會(hui)改變(bian)(bian)沖擊(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓波在繞(rao)(rao)組中的衰減振蕩頻(pin)率和(he)(he)(he)衰減速率。
RZJ-5匝間耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)儀就是以上述原(yuan)理為(wei)依(yi)據,采(cai)用“脈(mo)沖(chong)波(bo)形(xing)比(bi)較法"來檢驗(yan)(yan)阻抗對稱,平(ping)衡情(qing)況的(de)(de)。即將具有-定(ding)波(bo)前時(shi)間和(he)規定(ding)峰值的(de)(de)脈(mo)沖(chong)電壓(ya)(ya)交替施加于被(bei)試品和(he)參照品后,利用脈(mo)沖(chong)電壓(ya)(ya)在兩者中引起的(de)(de)衰減波(bo)形(xing)的(de)(de)差異來區(qu)別電機繞組匝間絕緣故障,其差異程(cheng)度反映了(le)線圈(quan)繞組匝間故障嚴重程(cheng)度,由于施加的(de)(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)脈(mo)沖(chong)波(bo)前時(shi)間短,能量(liang)小,故被(bei)認為(wei)是無(wu)損試驗(yan)(yan)。
